Response times can vary with request volume. Sending one complete message with the relevant details is usually more helpful than sending several separate messages.
Technical support
For a research or upload problem, include your browser name and version, device type, approximate image format and size, whether the image was uploaded or captured with the camera, and the exact error message. Explain what you expected and what happened.
Do not send a private collectible photo unless we first explain why a limited example is necessary and you choose to provide it. A redacted screenshot or a description of the upload state is often enough to begin troubleshooting.
Billing and refund questions
For billing help, include the account email, plan name, purchase date and transaction reference. Never email your password, complete payment-card number, card security code or bank login. Refund requests are reviewed under the Refund Policy.

Use the subject line Privacy Request when asking to access, correct or delete eligible account information. We may need to verify that you control the relevant account before acting.
